Objective: Consolidate leadership processes in volunteering academics and professionals to transform them into promoters of change by running transformation programs depending on their mentality, intentionality, and capability.

IMMERSION VOLUNTEER

The immersion volunteer is responsible for executing and accompanying the backbone entrepreneurship, health, and education programs, living at least one year in the community. The work done with them focuses on their formation in the method and tools needed for their implementation, generation of the project each volunteer performs in the community, and constant accompaniment through their year of immersion.

STRATEGIC VOLUNTEER

The strategic volunteer strengthens the volunteers’ work by immersing during their participation in the meetups in Holy Week, Summer, and Christmas. The committee of volunteers is key to organizing the development of their volunteering and meetups.
